The theme lately is old, abandoned buildings. I have been traveling quite a bit and like to take back roads and invariably run into these cool old structures. This old abandoned school house is in a Oklahoma ghost town named Avery, just south of present day Cushing. I had been past this school before and on my trip to Cushing this past week I stopped and grabbed this photo of the school with my Toyo VX-125 camera. The downside of this photo is that I dinged up my Toyota FJ cruiser pulling out from in front of the building. Dang.
