Yesterday I installed a 3CX VoIP PBX for a client in Edmond. It was fairly easy to install and worked fantastic, allowing users to receive office phone calls at their desk or on their cell phones just like they were in the office.
Learning to deal with Amazon Security Keys is integral to using Amazon Web Services. Think of security keys as paswords, and treat them as such. It took me several days to figure out the various types of security keys used by Amazon and how to implement them in my workflow.
I programmed my 20TB Synology RAID to back up all data to Amazon Glacier. It was simple and so far works great.
I made progress today on setting up my Docker images to push to my Amazon Lightsail VPN, thanks to the help from my son who does this stuff all the time.
I installed Docker on my Mac and plan to use it to create “containers” for each of my web sites and eventually to deploy those sites into an Amazon EC2 instance. This allows me to isolate each web site without the overhead and cost of multiple virtual machines.
